THIS WEEK’S PROGRAMME – (First broadcast this coming FRIDAY by WRMI at 0200 UTC on 5850, and then Channel 292 on SATURDAY at 10:00 UTC on 6070 and 9670 kHz):

Starts with some of a Mozart horn concert, a scherzo by Gustav Mahler, and part of a Sibelius violin concerto

After that Mendlessohn’s overture to A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Lever du Jour by Ravel. Next part of the Violin Sonata in G Minor from Schubert.

The Programme ends with the third movement of Mozart’s Oboe Concerto in C Major, and the Allegro Moderato from Schubert’s 8th, and last, symphony.
